TEEZ Acquires a 4WD Motorvehicle for Effective Ministry
20 April 2020 was another milestone when TEEZ handed over a 4 wheel drive Isuzu DMax Pick-Up to Rev Michael Kalito, the TEEZ Training and Capacity Development Manager (TCDM). The event which took place at the Garden Court Hotel's Edgar Chagwa Lungu Conference Centre was witnessed by TEEZ Staff, Members of the TEEZ Executive Committee and Providence TEEZ Lodge Board.
In his acceptance remarks, Rev Kalito expressed gratitude for the gesture that had been shown to him. He further went on to express his excitement and also a sense of humility.
In receiving the keys of the motorvehicle, Rev Kalito said,
'' I find it very strange to have my Superior/Supervisor who refuses to take the new vehicle and instead hands it over to his junior. This has never happened in my work and ministry. Often times when an institution buys a new vehicle, it is common sense to see Director handing over his old vehicle to his Junior in preference to the new one. But today we see a complete opposite of that. I promise to work extreme hard and meet the expectation of my employers and my supervisor for the good of this Ecumenical Ministry"
With this vehicle procured, TEEZ now has adequate transport to effectively prepare all God's people for works of Christian service. (Ephesians 4:12).
